Is there a way to stack bars in a WBS rollup in OPC?

I'm looking for a way to roll-up/collapse a project into one row that shows different colors for each phase of work along with major milestones. Currently it seems the only option is a single bar with one color that represents the overall duration under that WBS with no ability to show milestones similar to Microsoft Project.

This is something P6 can do and it creates a very powerful high-level report that can show the status and current phase of multiple projects on one page. The below example is of procurement items, but the idea is the same, it's one line for each procurement item that displays different colored bars for different phases of the procurement cycle along with milestones for PO issue and onsite in this case.
