cli commands to remove a storage domain from OLVM

I am in the process of upgrading the self-hosted engine to OLVM 4.4. I have an empty LUN to assign to the upgrade engine but it is in a storage domain. I didn't realize from the documentation that it shouldn't be. Since I don't have access to the gui, I would like to put the storage domain in maintenance mode and remove it. Does anyone know how to do this?
