Siebel -Help to find the Source of record in S_SRM_REQUEST

Hi ..

If anyone can help to how to find a source how a request is entered in the S_SRM_REQUEST table with REQ_TYE_CD - RPT_INSTANCE which running every 15 seconds.

Have checked the RCR configuration and we dont have any RCR configuration for this WF to run every 15 seconds.

PARAM_VAL - RowId=AgreementEntitlements|ProcessName=XYZ

PAR_REQ_ID - 1-1234 This constant across all the request.

REQ_MODE - ASYNCHRONOUS

ACTION_ID - 1-890

RESPONSE_TEXT - @0*0*18*0*0*0*19*Process Instance Id10*1-125DJZPU9*RequestId0*13*AlreadyQueued0*11*Sub Process6*ABCXYZ7*Sync Id0*9*Object Id9*1-2WYXT5L10*Trace Flag0*11*Search Spec30* (This populated after the request status is SucCESS)
