How to add a list of values in bushiness order event triggers in fusion?

in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

To raise an event when ever there is a change in order, we use business order event triggers but i have a list of values which all are not present in the existing list of values in Order attribute update event. So give me some info how to add my list of values to the existing.
