Pick Waves Scheduling

I don't know if ant one else has come across this issue when scheduling pick waves. What the issue is that if I have a scheduled pick wave and then go into the wave template and delete a condition on the next schedule it will carry on as if it wasn't deleted. I have checked the tables and the condition i delete from the template isnt being deleted from the value in the field. for example if i have a template with 3 order types in it and schedule it, it release the all orders for those three
