Dashboard charts show nothing in OCOM

Hello,

We have just installed OCSM v5.0. ME is on virtual machine and the probes are on SBC-s. Flow charts in the Dashboard (calls, registrations and so on) are empty, but if I open the same chart in the KPI section, then all the data looks fine. What can be the reason of the problem?
