Default Delivery Address in iProc

Hi, hope someone can help me with this relative triviality.

Background: we have a mostly new Proc team and they ask a lot of questions. This is one of them

So for us when we raise a Purchase Req the Deliver-To Location defaults in from our HR Person record

We don't have profile POR : Preferences - Deliver to Location set at Site-Application-Responsibility level

What, if anything, could we do to set the Deliver-To Location in iProc to null eg the Req Preparer has to select a value from the LOV

Can someone advise if this is possible
