Can OEM 13.5 be used to patch Exadata?

In reading through the documentation for FPP it was noted that FPP can be used to patch Exadata, switches, and storage cells as well as the DB, GI homes. In regards to the Exadata, IB switches, and storage cells, can they be patched using OEM 13.5 as well? If so, does anyone have links to the documents that explain how this can be done?
