PAYGL02.SQR not populating DEPTID and FUND_CODE Intermittently

Hi, all.

We've come across an odd case where PAYGL02 is not populating DEPTID and FUND_CODE for one or two employees per pay run, and then only for a handful of rows for an employee. It doesn't happen to the same employee every time. All of the rows missing the data are deductions.

For example, emplid 123 has 21 rows is HR_ACCTG_LINE for pay end 2022-08-20 and all have DEPTID and FUND_CODE populated. Then, for pay end 2022-09-03, he has 15 rows in HR_ACCTG_LINE, and only 7 of them are missing that data. The rows/deductions that are missing the data were present in 2022-08-20 and had the data populated. I'm also seeing the same in PS_PAY_DED_LIAB_AP.
