E1 41 What is the Impact of transacting in a smaller UM than the primary?

Hi Everyone

I want to ask, what would be the impact of making transactions in a smaller UM thant the primary, for example, we have an item with primary UM as PZ, the puchase order receipts were in PZ, but warehouse clerk want enter inventory issues in LT, for this case 1 PZ = 19 LTs.

Per my knowledge I know that this is not recommended, but I just want to give a good explanation to clerk warehouse that the best way is to create a new item with primary UM defined in LT and conversions to PZ.
