How to re-run Post install DB utility in Siebel

Hi,

Recently we started installing 22.8 on top of existing 22.2 setup.

As per my observation, the installation has been done but at post install db setup utility it was continuosely running and it didn't finished or errore out. so i have cancelled that and trying to run from command prompt. It is showing below error.

'PostInstallDBSetup' run is not allowed . As it is already executing on this instance.


I would like to know whether is there any way to kill the process and then try to re-run postinstall setup.
