Attach planner failed invalid operation

Hi All,

I migrated the data on cloud and now trying to run attach planner but it is giving following errors:

JDE 9.2/ TR 4.6

Importing tablespace

impdp.exe SYSTEM/admin@E1LOCAL DIRECTORY=ATTACHDB DUMPFILE=JDECTL920.DMP TRANSPORT_DATAFILES=E:\JDEdwards\E920\Planner\data\\JDECTL920.DBF
