EBS 12.2 - After RUP16, self-service time can't show recent timecards

We recently applied RUP16 as well as prerequisites for/and the EBS Schema Migration in a test environment. Staff are now testing but we found that in the seeded Self Service Time responsibility when you go to Recent Timecards, it does not show any recent timecards but returns an error "Get method for attribute "DisableFlag" in TimecardsVO could not be resolved". When I looked at the (old) custom XML file for our timecard, the query does have a field called "disable_flag" in it that is returning "null".
