Out of place patching for Grid Home(SIHA) 19.13.0.0.0

Hi,

Env - Oracle Restart standalone database with grid infrastructure(SIHA)

RDBMS Version - 19.15.0.0.0

Grid Version - 19.13.0.0.0


We are in the process of performing out of place patching for which we have cloned ORACLE database home and got applied patch then finally switched home with minimum downtime.


Similarly we are trying to perform the Out of place patching for Grid Home but throwing error. Please advise.


[FATAL] [INS-40404] Oracle Grid Infrastructure is already configured on the system.

CAUSE: Only one instance of Oracle Grid Infrastructure software can be configured on a system.

ACTION: One of the following actions may be considered.
