DFF to be enabled in MSCA for Subinventory Transfer

In R12.2.9, Can enable DFF for the sub inventory Transfer in MSCA? If Yes, what are the steps ? 

i have set the DFF in transaction History with default context value, Tried bouncing mwa server, still DFF is not appearing in INV_MOB_SUB_XFER page on checking personalization.
