MGDSYS schema Existence under 19C PDB in OCI for EBS

Team,

We are running Oracle applications 12.2.5 with 19c database in OCI. These are DBaaS Single node vm db systems in OCI.

we have recently upgraded our EBS database from 11.2.0.4 to 19c in OCI by following MOS ID 2758991.1

As per step no 10 from "Section 3: Prepare for Database Upgrade" from Upgrade MOS ID 2758991.1, we have removed MGDSYS schema from souce 11g database

and then restored the database as PDB in target 19c DB system.

The targtt 19c DB system CDB contains MGDSYS schema in CDb database but the PDB doesnt have MGDSYS schema since the PDB is restored from 11g DB system,
