RDF v16.0.3.170 - Real Time Alerts

Hello,


My RDF has been upgraded from v14.0.2.10 to v16.0.3.170 (on-Prem).


I am trying to add Real Time alerts, but I am not seeing my Real Time alerts show up in the workbook. Only the batch alerts are displayed. I followed the same process in my AP-IP domain (which is on v16.0.3.130). The RT's showed up, and behave as expected.


A couple questions related to this

  1. Where can I check whether the RT has been registered. The rpasInstall log file does not contain any detail - whether the RT succeeded or failed
  2. Am I running into issues because this is an RDF domain - that was originally built with v14.0.3.x?
