Upgrade from 11g (11.2.0.4) to 19c (19.3)

Need assistance on the Oracle upgrade as this is the first time. Here are the details of the environment.

This is a windows 2016 DataCenter Operating system with 8GB RAM running on a AWS EC2 instance. We are using Apex 4.2.5 also.

Took a AMI of instance and trying to upgrade Oracle on the backup instance to make sure it is upgraded successfully before upgrading the actual AWS instance.

The following steps were followed as per the Oracle documentation.

1) Ran the preupgrade jar file in command prompt.

2) Based on the preupgrade.log, first ran the recommended actions, ran the preupgrade_fixups.sql using sysdba.
