NSC Enrollment Load Not Excluding Withdrawal Grades (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions - 8.57, Image 22)

We've had a few students whose NSC enrollment loads are not calculating as expected.

Examples:

  • Student A is enrolled in 15 credits, putting their NSC enrollment load at F/ Full Time. The student withdraws from all classes and is assigned a GRD-W grade for all enrollments. They are no longer enrolled in classes and are also formally Term Withdrawn (and this is correctly reflected on the Term History page). However, their NSC enrollment load continues to list them at F/ Full Time enrollment.
  • Student B is enrolled in 10 credits, putting their NSC enrollment load a Q/ Quarter time. They withdraw from one 5-credit class and are assigned a penalty grade of GRD-W. They are now only enrolled in 5 credits (and this is correctly reflected on the Term History page). However, the student's NSC enrollment load continues to calculate as Q/ Quarter Time.

Howdy, Stranger!
