Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. (1) Is there a way we can create an alert when a user adds an attachment on an Internet Expense that has already been submitted for approval.

(2) Is there a way we can customize the form to make attachment compulsory before submitting the Internet Expense claim
