I need help to startup an freshly create OSB domain on 12.2.1.4 because of an error.

I encounter the problem described in Doc Id 2296357.1 :

The em console can not be loaded "Invalid Subject: principals=[OracleSystemUser, OracleSystemGroup]

I have this problem even at the fist startup of the domain. So likely not a caching problem. I create an Oracle Service Bus domain from templates and at the startup I get this fault. Restarting the server does not make a difference.

Environment:

FMW 12.2.1.4

Installed Patches:

Templates: 31946811

Templates: 31845825

SPB FMW 12.2.1.4 July 2022: p34379614_122140_Generic.zip

EM and SB-Console problem: p33903365_122140_Generic.zip
