Getting Error while Running PostIntsall DB setup utility from Siebel 22.2 to Siebel 22.8

Hi,


Recently we have installed Siebel 22.8 patch on top of working Siebel 22.2 environment and currently we have ran the postinstall db utility setup and while running we came across this error in Siebdevcli.log file.


SBL-GEN-00000: Unable to load message 0xffff

Parameter 1 =


Could you pls let us know how to fix it. This has been received while seed schema upgrade step during post install db utility activity.
