Is there a good general workflow document for users new to OPC?

I'm looking for something less granular than the standard Oracle articles, that would discuss the recommended sequence and mandatory/optional steps and practices for using OPC. We just dumped a lot of users into it with no training, some of whom were barely functional in P6 via OJT.
