P4312- Transaction Cannot be commited.it was canceled

Occasionally when trying to receive a PO line that has been created from an RSS requisition and has a D( direct ship) line type we receive the following error. This happens occasionally and mainly when we have both S line type on the PO and D line type. we can successfully receive the S line type but when try to receive the D line type we get this message.

The PO is generated from an RSS requisition.

Has any one seen such a behavior? and what was the solution
