Interim entry disappear from the Workbench

We're currently using JDE 9.2. I just want to ask if this scenario already happened to some users of JDE.

Processed a payment using the Interim Workbench. Paid the employee. The Processed code in the Interim Workbench was changed from "1" to "P".

After few seconds or minutes, the entries disappeared from the Interim. As if someone reset the interim, but nobody did. The Time entries are still in F06116 but are not locked.

This happened to us last year but just once, and now it happened again.
