EPMHFM-1659: YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER ACCESS RIGHTS TO PERFORM THIS TASK

Hi,

we were on 11.2.5 and recently upgraded to 11.2.9.

After the upgrade non-admin users started reporting issues with Calculate/Force calculate in Data forms - they were receiving error: EPMHFM-1659: YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER ACCESS RIGHTS TO PERFORM THIS TASK

There is a patch available for the bug. We had installed it and the installation process was finished correctly. However, following the installation foundation services did not want to start. We had to roll back the patch.

Not sure but is seemed as if the patch had default file paths hard coded in it whereas our HFM instance is installed in a custom directory.
