Unifier - Task Reassignment - Web Services

On a regular basis I am being asked to reallocate tasks from one user to another user

I know it is possible to perform this task manually (through Company Workspace -> User Administration)

Is it possible to use Unifier Web Services to perform Task Reassignment? This would make life a bit easier if I could create and run a script to perform the Reassignment rather than having to do the tasks manually
