12.2.9- EAM_MeterReading_PUB.create_meter_reading- Created_By information missing

Has anyone successfully implemented this API to pass the created_by user as a parameter ? I don't find a way to pass this parameter.

Digging down the code, I see that the further code down , fetches the session user , but our programs are scheduled through common user logins, not the real user who reports the meter reading. We want to pass this information through API itself.

I raised an SR to get this confirmed, but in the meantime posting here to see if anyone else has seen alternatives.
