Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We are trying to apply some patches on our EBS application tier following the Oracle Doc ID for https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=378559599420809&id=2580629.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=2z2s7ojku_70

but adpatch fails with relink errors. Following is error text from adrelink.log
