12.2.9 - Transactions and Item Instances page error

I see below errors while accessing Item instances and transactions pages respectively. Can someone help please. This is a custom responsibility. What functions are needed to access these?

You do not have access to Instance Search Page, Please contact System Administrator.

You do not have access to Transactions Page, Please contact System Administrator.
