Oracle EPCM Smart View Connection Error - 'Unable to connect to the service provider'


I am trying to connect to oracle enterprise PCM via Smartview in MS excel, but not able to connect. I am able to access both standard and enterprise instances directly using service instance URL and also able to connect smart view in excel using standard version URL. Please find below screenshots for reference. Kindly let me know if anyone has faced this issue.

URL Format used for both standard and enterprise version.
