Oracle server 11.2 x64, local net service name configuration test failed

Hello

I have installed oracle 11.2g data base for an old customer, that is x64 data base and on windows server. It is configured and related RSP file is saved.

I cannot connect with data base from oracle net configuration wizard, I am trying to test local net service name configuration and it is failing.

After installation I have updated all ORA files and with RSP file I have attached to this question.

I have not created any user, just by using system user we are accessing it. Would there be any configuration issue which is causing this problem?

Kindly provide some solution.
