Good day,

Trust you are well.

Hope you can assist me please - I need to upgrade an Enterprise Oracle SBC 3900 model from version 8.3 to 8.4. Please can you can advise where I can download the correct files required for this upgrade and what the best practice is for this change.

The SBC is already in production, will any license information be required to upgrade the device?
