How do I populate the Related SO No field on WO header?

When I query over WOs (P48013) I see a Related SO No and Related Type. All of my orders are being generated from a sales order. How do I populate these fields?

I found under Addl Details 2 there are Associated Sales Order inputs, but they are grayed out. Are these the right fields? If so, how can I gray them out? I didn't see anything in processing options that could do it.
