Hi

Oracle 19c, RAC, with dataguard.

I am new to Exadata Cloud at Customer.

When I migrated databases there, then I created new CDBs. Before we were using non-cdb databases.

From cloud OCI, there is no option to choose subset of database components.

So I ended up with OJVM present.

I understand that from 18.4 onwards OJVM is RAC rolling when doing out-of-place patching.

Hence, this patch readme states another clause:

This patch is not Data Guard Standby First Installable.

How should I proceed patching of the standby..?

This is unacceptable that we need to bring down databases from the both sites in order to just patch it.
