Approval Manager Hierarchy

Hi All,

Is there any way where we can find out if requestor is manager or not .

Requirement .

1) If Manager's are submitting the transaction then should go to approval.

Note : Manager can be any level/Skip level which they are performing transaction under their hierarchy . Consider A -> B - > C -> D . IF A person is performing transaction for D then should go to approval

2) If HR then self approved.
