Siebel File System on RHEL

Hello

we are migrating from Windows to RHEL and also upgrading from 19.xx to 2.x version.

in existing environment (windows)we have a file system which has about 10million files, have 30 partition on windows. since we are migrating to RHEL and as per RHEL limitation query on these files will degrade the application performance. Has anyone came across this situation and how did you achieve this. we are planning to go with 30+ partition count but siebel parameter for FS can support up to 255 characters only.
