How to add expenditures through Oracle OAF page in 12.2.10 version

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

Need help to add expenditures for a particular project using Oracle OAF page.

Is this right path to enter expenditures ?

Navigation: Project Super User --> Projects : Delivery --> Create/Search Projects --> Navigate to Financial Tab and then click on Expenditure overview.

If yes, then it keeps giving me error "This page is restricted for non time phased projects"
