Essbase upgrade from 11.1.2 to 21.3

Hello All,

Can anyone help me what are the pre-requisites to have before doing the migration.

We are planning to migrate to latest version of Essbase 21.3 and have plans to deploy on 2019 windows server.

Database we are planning to have is 2016 S2 as recommended from oracle. so is there anything to check before planning this migration or challenges it will be great help if you could share your experience with regards to communication matrix or any other issues.
