Creation of Default Logistics lines is failing in Depot Repair-R12.2

Creation of Default Logistics lines is failing in Depot Repair work bench while creating a service order. Checked all set ups and still the error is happening.

Error details <The creation of a default logistics line(s) failed. Please enter the requisite line(s) manually in the Logistics tab.>

We are able to add lines manually and also sales order is created after that.The set up is done to create a RMA and Ship lines for Repair and return process. Any lead would be helpful.

The issue is in R12.2
