Action Names like 'ALLOW_ADHOC_% 'on ePro Role Actions are displaying Action Controls in "Disabled"

Action names for Adhoc approval functionality are displaying Action Controls in "Disabled" status even after a role has been assigned to both action names and the adhoc approval has been activated for all the user profiles that have such role.

Navigation: eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain System Users and Roles > eProcurement Role Actions

ALLOW_ADHOC_ONPREVW - for adding and adhoc approver/reviewer when you have and preview the requisition.

ALLOW_ADHOC_ONSUBMIT - when you submit an requisition for approval you will be able to add an adhoc approver/reviewer.
