Annual Statutory Update - Say NO to possible pre-req HR_PF.C.16 (R12.HR_PF.C.DELTA.16 33527653)

Hello All,

Our organizations is running Oracle EBS 12.2.7 on 19c database and has HR_PF.C.15

Our Business Analysts, rightfully so, want to get annual payroll statutory updates that work on HR_PF.C.15 without having to upgrade to HR_PF.C.16.

Their biggest concern is the complexity of pre-reqs of HR_PF.C.16 that requires full upgrade of EBS 12.2.7 stack and how much testing time would be needed by our users in all different modules for three non prod cdp, dev and uat. Plus extra support for the upgrade in production too.

We have been asked to open a SR with Oracle by our executives to get 2022 payroll statutory updates that work on HR_PF.C.15
