R12.1.3 - eAM Work Order Costs page showing zero- Transactions exist

in Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

I have issued a part to the work order and it got costed. When I query the work order and go to costs page, total actual cost is displayed as 0. When I drilldown that to see next page which has options to see by period or by cost category, it shows 0 there too. However when I click on View transactions button, it shows the part issued and cost details.

Is anyone aware of this issue?

The WO costs and costs transactions pages are based on two different table/views. While the Summary is based on WIP_EAM_PERIOD_BALANCES, detailed transactions are based on CST_DISTRIBUTION_LITE_V. Cost is zero in WIP_EAM_PERIOD_BALANCES and so that page displays 0 as summary cost.
