RPM v16.0.3 VFP Deals created in RMS does not apperar in RPM when creating simple promo

Hello,

Looks like there is a filter that RPM performs when creating simple promo component events, we are trying to pick a specific VFP Deal created in RMS but it does not appear on the screen, looks like there is a filter that prevent us to see it, the weird think is there are a couple of Deals with the same definition, I compared the new one vs the older ones and I can't find any difference between them.

The workaround so far is create the simple promo comp event and the VFP Deal from RPM but that's not what we need as a business process flow.
