Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ORA-06553: PLS-103: Encountered the symbol "ADVICE" when expecting one of the following:

<an identifier> <a double-quoted delimited-identifier>

ORA-06553: PLS-112: end-of-line in quoted identifier

getting this error even if the "advice" keyword not in the package. the packages are compiled successfully in another database
