Several Tax registration numbers for the same entity

Since leaving the EU we have registered for VAT in several EU countries and now have several different tax registration numbers.  Invoices issued and paid under these regimes need to be reported on separately.  Will these mean separate entities need to be configured as legal entities with a separate Company Code.
