Can I convert a stand-alone database to a PDB with the same name and keep the OEM history

OEM13.5 on Solaris. Database version 19.7.

I'm converting our databases to containers. So far, I've been deleting the original database targets and rediscovering the new PDB targets. Is there a way I can do this without losing the information about the original stand-alone database?
