Residual Value (GRV) doesn't impact Lease Liability in the last month

Hi Everyone,

I have a 48-Months lease and my reucrring billing inofrmation has aresidual value set for the following period. the Amortization Schedule created perfectly with 49 periods to reflect the GRV.

However, When i run the Recurring Billing for the last period (period 49) the system gives AAI error for billing code RESD (residual) asking for AAI (RMRESD). how is that possible? shouldn't the RESD payment automatically affects the lease liability account like the usual LPMT bill code?

if not, what should be the expected Debit account since the ROU already has the residual value in it?
