How to prevent purchase order entry for a specific order type and line type in JDE 9.2

Hi All

There is an immediate requirement to prevent purchase order entry for a specific purchase order type and line type without deletion of the existing order activity rule (as there are open transactions in the system and will need time for closure)

It should apply for all entities across the business and for all suppliers

Please share your thoughts on how this can be achieved using standard JDE only without a customization
