List Activity On 19c Recovery Catalog Database

Hello

I need to apply the latest security patch to my production recovery catalog database. Does anyone have a script or advice that will give output on the daily/weekly activity on the database so that I can look for a time when it could be possible to bounce the database.

Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production Version 19.11.0.0.0
